When asked to name his favourite dish to cook from the new seasonal menu, our Head Chef Jordan opted for the Aberdeen Angus 8oz Sirloin Steak served with hand-cut chips, tomato, mushrooms, onion rings.
Jordan started cooking Sirloin Steak after his time as a The Miners Arms in his early years.
Jordan takes pride in every dish that is produced from the kitchen.
But as Sirloin is one of his favourite meals, Jordan quoted, “I’ve chosen to include it in our seasonal menu as it’s full of flavour and makes a difference to cooking and serving a normal rump, steak.”
